The Azerbaijan House 1st Anniversary Weekend Celebration
The Azerbaijan House Culture and Friendship Centre in London has been established in 2006 by the initiative of individual Azerbaijani intellectuals, young professionals and students living in UK.
The organization is strictly non political and non profit making, aiming to serve as a community centre, promoting cultural activities and friendship between Azerbaijanis and the host community.
The building of the Azerbaijan House was opened in 14th November, 2008 in the presence of the Speaker of London Borough of Hackney Councillor Ian Rathbone, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan in UK His Excellency Mr Fəxrəddin Qurbanov, member of the British Parliament Lord Fraser of Carmyllie.
